We seek a Financial Accountant to join our team and play a key role in managing and strengthening Kara Connect’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and effective financial processes across our international entities.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving startup environment and is comfortable managing the full financial cycle while ensuring strong compliance and financial governance.

Role Overview
The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing all day-to-day financial operations across Kara Connect’s Icelandic and Irish entities.. This includes financial reporting, bookkeeping, invoicing, revenue recognition, payroll coordination, tax compliance and financial controls.
This role is ideal for a highly organised, people focused, and solution oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven startup environment.
